The staff at Piazza Del Gesu' Luxury Suites were exceptionally helpful, and I found the location very convenient for exploring all the major monuments in the city. The comfortable bed enhanced my overall experience, allowing for restful nights after busy days of work. The central location made it easy to walk around the city and enjoy its historic charm.
The bathroom could have been cleaner.

The shower shot water everywhere, but the bed was super comfy.

Luxurious room features exceeded my expectations.
My experience was tainted from the start. I was forced to send sensitive information, including a picture of my credit card and passport, just to gain access to the hotel, despite checking in online as instructed. The cleanliness was another disaster—the shower tab was dirty with mold, leaving me feeling utterly disgusted during my stay.

The room was comfortable, and I loved how easy it was to stroll around and enjoy the city. I really appreciated the on-site spa and the relaxing garden area, making it easy to unwind after a day of sightseeing. Just a heads up, the Wi-Fi could be a little spotty here and there. 🏨

It was just a good pick for a concise stay in Rome with great value for the money. The bed was really comfortable, allowing for a good night's sleep after sightseeing. Be prepared for a few quirks, like strange bathroom fixtures that might take some getting used to.

great location but lack of amenities
The hotel is in a prime historic area, making it easy to explore nearby landmarks. The city view from my room added a charming touch to my stay, especially at sunrise. The staff showed genuine friendliness, always ready to assist, which made for a welcoming atmosphere.
However, the lack of additional amenities, such as a fitness center or on-site dining options, was disappointing.

The Superior Double Room was quite spacious with a lovely high ceiling, and the bed was super comfy—definitely not too hard or too soft. The jacuzzi was a nice touch, but it didn’t work. The room had decent amenities, including a big TV with a few channels. On the downside, the bathroom could’ve been cleaner. I found pee on the toilet seat upon arrival. Also, opening the window was noisy due to traffic, which could be an issue later in summer.
